The good news is this company and mattress topper are legit (real). ;-) I received a confirmation email when I ordered, but I never received any shipping/delivery updates. I emailed the company to inquire the status and did get a response with more info on that. Over all, it took about 2 weeks to receive my order (shrink wrapped from China).
The topper itself is OK. I REALLY like/appreciate that it DOESN'T have much of a chemical/toxic odor to it (like so many factory products do nowadays)! It is soft and seems to be everything that was advertised about it.
*I'm giving it 3 stars because one end of the topper didn't seem to fill up as full as the other, once it 'fully' expanded. I also wish it was just a bit fluffier... I probably should've looked for a 5" or 6" pad instead. It's actually on my son's bed and he seems to like it.
Over all, I'm going to keep it because I'm sure it wouldn't be easy to return this thing... But I'm not quite sure if it is worth the price. I guess I'm paying for it's plane or boat ticket over seas!

I've had this topper for about 2 months now and I'm overall pretty happy with it. We purchased a new mattress a few months ago and unfortunately it was a bit more firm than expected. This topper has definitely made a difference in comfort. It needs to be fluffed about once a week and I suggest putting a protective cover over top because this thing would be pretty impossible to wash without really messing it up. I can see it lasting more than a year, I've already noticed it hasn been getting as "fluffly" after fluffing as it was when I first purchased it.
Long story short: it seems to be pretty decent quality and it has certainly improve comfort and sleep quality.

This is the second one I have bought. Bought the first one for my guest bedroom to put on a cheaper mattress and every guest I have says it’s the most comfortable they’ve ever slept in! I bought a Purple mattress and have slept on it for a year. My hips started hurting and was having restless nights so I decided I’d buy another one for my bed. Why didn’t I get one sooner?!!! So plush and comfortable. My hips are much better and I feel like I’m sleeping in luxury every night. I never leave reviews but absolutely had to for this. Next will be for my son’s bed.

It fits the bed nicely, no chance of it sliding off ever because it hugs the mattress underneath. Comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely worth the purchase.

I have a very firm hybrid mattress for lower back pain but the mattress is also too hard and uncomfortable so I bought this plush mattress topper to soften my mattress a bit and make it more plush and comfy. This mattress topper is amazing! I absolutely love it! Best buy ever! I now have the support my lower back needs but with plush comfort. Best part, i don't sink into the mattress and i wake up every morning pain free. I absolutely love my topper. Thank you giftsercet!!!!

My mother suggested I get one after the last family gathering left myself, my 2 daughter, sister, my niece and my 2 nephews all taking a nap together. No joke! Then my husband proceeded to lay at the end of the bed after waking us for food and funny pic! This is quite possibly the most comfortable thing over slept on. Finally got one and lemme tell you my quality of sleep is so much better!

this thing is amazing!!!! I wanted extra soft n plush and I shopped around... this is the best!!!!
but...I went further...I put gel memory foam (2") and a down alternative (2") under this and put this on top. I put it on top because of its very cool temperature and I am a hot sleeper. its very cool to the touch and much cooler than the down alternative products. the fill is very good on this. I am sleeping on clouds!!! love it!!!!! I did use this solo, before using the other ones under it, so I am able to review it properly and not all of them stacked up.

This mattress topper is a perfect edition to our firm king mattress. Since we couldn't return our new bought mattress which is a little too hard on our backs, we had to do something and this was the answer. Nice quality, fit in my washer and dryer.

Bought a new king mattress and since my old feather/down topper had finally seen better days, actually years!, thought I would also replace the topper. I love the feeling of crawling into fresh sheets and a down topper and have had one for many years. I looked at many in department stores as well as online before ordering this one. The loft on this topper is great! Workmanship seems to be good with a featherproof cotton fabric. After 2 nights of sleeping on this, I ordered another for my guest room and one for each of my two grandsons!
Only negatives: 1) could be another 2in wide to cover my standard king mattress better, but still ok 2) took over 1 wks to receive......

I actually put a duvet cover on my feather mattresses and just lightly fluff it before getting into bed. It only takes about 5 seconds. The mattress does flatten when I get onto it, but I can still feel the comfort and padding underneath me. It feels like sleeping on a luxurious cloud. I've been meaning to get a feather mattress for months and my fiancé thought I was insane to want to spend that kind of money. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I told him that since he had never slept on a feather mattress he had no idea what he was talking about. Now, he agrees that the comfort of the feather mattress is well worth the money. He had previously purchased mattress toppers and says that none of them were even half as good as this feather mattress. This feather mattress is actually much better than most feather mattresses because as of yet, I have not had any feathers poke me. I read many reviews where people were complaining about the feathers and I laughed my butt off! I have had very expensive feather mattresses and have never had feathers not come out! In fact, this is the cheapest feather mattress I have ever bought and it is just as comfortable as others! I have only had it a week, but no feathers have come out so far. This is definitely worth the buy!

I recently traveled to the UK, and got some of the best sleep ever on a mattress with a down/feathers topper. When I got home to my memory foam mattress, my back and hips started hurting again. I was keeping my fingers crossed as I ordered this....and it really works! The trick, which I found from really researching the internet, is to fluff it and turn it over every week. Some people say that quills start poking through the sheets after a while, but I have only had that happen once, when I use special bamboo sheets. No problem when you use regular percale sheets.
