Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Giftsercet. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility Time frame

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@giftsercet.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Once you receive the RMA number, please pack the item securely, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provided.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

  • The cost of return shipping is non-refundable.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival and confirmed as such by our customer service team , we will either cover the return shipping costs, issue a full or partial refund (with or without return), or send a replacement at no additional charge.

4. Inspection and Refunds

  • After we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within 7 calendar days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@giftsercet.com.
